For a yacht job, NC Factory produced a small batch of technical parts for handrails: split collars, rings, beveled shims and a mounting ring — 3D printed, no mold.

Why 3D printing?

Volumes are too low for injection tooling, and manufacturer lead times too long. Additive manufacturing delivers a consistent, iterable batch with a marine-suitable material.

Parts produced

  • Split collars / sleeves for fast tube mounting
  • Rings and spacers in different diameters
  • Beveled shims for angle / support correction
  • Mounting ring with fastening holes

Quayside delivery possible in Antibes, Cannes, Nice and Monaco depending on schedule.

Often ASA, PETG or Nylon depending on UV, humidity and mechanical load. We advise in the quote.
